Establishing An Account

To get started, if you are a current CFI, AMI, or Commercial Corian® Fabricator, please take a moment to download our Customer Information/Credit Application form and submit it to us.  Our credit department will then work with you to establish your account.  Please let us know when you submit the Customer Information/Credit Application form if you have an order pending, as this will help us to expedite the process to ensure we will be able to service you in a timely fashion. 

Hallmark will also accept payment by credit card.  Please call our customer service team to place your order and charge by phone or download our credit card payment form and attach it  to your order.  If this is your first order, please be sure to include the Customer Information/Credit Application form.

Placing An Order for Material

A residential order form and a commercial order form for Corian^® and Zodiaq^® are provided for your convenience.  Please download these forms and use them to place an order with Hallmark.  Note that we will also accept orders off of PO's generated from your system.  To place an order by phone or for questions, please contact Hallmark customer service at 800-642-2246.

If this is your first order, please submit it along with the Customer Information/Credit Application form and mark your application order pending.  Hallmark's order forms ask for specific information on where the job is being "sold to."  This information, when provided, is used to register the warranty (if applicable) directly with DuPont.  If you provide us this information you do not need to visit warrantycards.com to enter the information yourself.  We are happy to offer this service to you at no extra charge. 

Placing An Order for Samples and Literature

We welcome you to take advantage of our unique system for obtaining samples and literature.  You can order samples and literature directly from Hallmark by visiting QuickSample.  Samples are shipped directly to you or your customer at no charge.  You can also order our most popular pieces of literature— the Corian^® or Zodiaq^® slim jim.  These pieces have been recently updated to include the beautiful new colors being launched this year.
