In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information.

In Short:  We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. In Short:  Yes, we use Google Maps for the purpose of providing better service.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:  We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of the user’s account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short:  We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Sites. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short:  Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Sites, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Sites. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. Jim’s expertise is in sales, marketing, operations and C-Level management roles, Jim has led Lean Thinking, Robotics and Automation strategy for over 35 years. With a BS and MS from UW Stout, Jim is a USGA & WSGA Certified Golf Rules Official and is very proud of his “Expert” status in the Rules of Golf. Just don’t ask for a ruling in the middle of his backswing!

External Member of the Board, Chris became a part of Hallmark’s senior leadership after the transition to 100% employee ownership. Valued member, Chris’ expertise as an ESOP leader has provided guidance and support for Hallmark’s growth initiatives. She’s currently the Co-CEO of OwnersEdge, Inc., an active member of The ESOP Association, and holder of an MBA and undergraduate finance degree from UW Milwaukee’s Lubar College of Business. While this CFO is not your typical pocket protector finance guy, he’s the one stressing over every dollar. He’s dedicated, his office is a mess, yet his mind and his financials are sharp as a tack! With experience in public accounting and manufacturing, he’s CPA and proud graduate of UW-Whitewater. Is it a Tuesday in summer? Then you’ll find Tom on his road bike in southeastern Wisconsin… the guy will bike miles to have an excuse for pizza and beer! Tom’s also member of the Board of Directors.

Bobby Staats
President

President since 2023. Avid Missouri alum. In true fandom, his dog Truman is named after the Mizzou Mascot! Bobby’s MBA is from William Woods University. He started in the Tyvek® business at Hallmark and then moved to VP of Sales. He led the Interiors Business Unit and is certified in Business Analytics and is Master Facilitator of the BluePrint Sales Process. When he’s not at work you’ll find him on the baseball field with his son Holden, cheering on his daughter Norah at her latest gymnastics meet or finding a great local concert with his wife Kris.

Katie Sadorf
VP, Marketing & Strategy

VP Marketing & Strategy, proud MBA and alum from UW Whitewater, and Certified Scaling Up Coach are just a few of the hats Katie wears. Strategic thinking is second nature for her as she leads many cross functional initiatives, along with Hallmark’s Marketing team. 30 year veteran at Hallmark, creative mind, deep thinker, wife, and mom to two grown sons. The real boss of her life is a Black Labrador named Stella. If Katie’s not working you’ll find her planning her next international trip or traveling the globe… the world is calling and she must go.

Paula Osvold
VP, Interiors Business Solutions

An unmatched background in commercial business and a storehouse for historical information, Paula is our VP of Interiors Business Solutions and leads the Commercial and Residential Corian® Design business for 23 states. While this MN Metro State University Alum may have a soft voice, this former Army National Guard MP consistently challenges her team on what’s always been to help them discover what could be. Offline, Paula’s husband, daughter, son, and her – along with their two dogs – can be found on one of 10,000 lakes during the 3 days of Minnesota summer.

Todd Lienke

VP of IT extraordinaire, there’s not much in the tech world that Todd can’t do. Educated at KRS Computer & Business School in MN, Todd leads the way in keeping us ahead of the curve. Microsoft Certified, network administrator, dog dad to Benny, and devoted husband… but it’s Todd’s cooking that will keep you connected. Grill master, smoker master, and, lover of Bourbon, when not online at midnight, you’ll find him planning out his next great adventure or creating that perfect recipe for grilled grub.

Member of the Board. MBA from UW Whitewater, Marquette Grad. Kent’s love of learning never ends as he’s pursuing a second finance degree. Customer service, purchasing, warehouse and delivery: these all fall under his leadership as VP Operations. Kent’s home is in Wisconsin where his grown twin sons and his daughter occasionally grace his presence. His wife, Karen, keeps him on his toes—just ask about April Fools’ Day at his house.

Robb Buechler

Bachelor of Business and Finance from UW Stout was just the start for this Minnesota resident. With experience in Fabrication and Business, he’s had leadership roles in the interiors and now is VP Exteriors Business Unit. A rich history at Hallmark, Robb’s at his best when strategizing on pricing and negotiating with suppliers. Avid golfer, lover of adrenaline sports (think snowmobiling, dirt biking, and jet skiing), dedicated husband, and father of three, Robb’s also leader of Hallmark’s Levanté® business.
Ariana Bodenbach
VP, Human Resources

Dual degreed in Human Resource Management and Supply Chain and Operations Management, this UW Milwaukee Alum is our VP of HR. Active in the Women in Construction (WIC) and the ESOP Association in Wisconsin, Ariana leads the Associate Owner Committee and is a fierce champion of our associate ownership culture. Along with her husband, she’s busy when not at the office wrangling her elementary aged daughter and toddler son keeping them active in dance, swim, and other activities.

Joe Balthazor

Born on a dairy farm, founded Hallmark at the age of 6. Our fearless leader, CEO of Hallmark, and Chairman of the Board. Master of grand ideas Joe continues to lead at the helm of Hallmark. He’s been in the trenches with us from pulling laminate in the early days, fabricating Corian® to specification, to envisioning the future of Hallmark beyond 50 years. Packer fan, Brewer fan, and Marquette fan… mediocre golfer and dedicated husband and father to six Joe remains active in the business leading our inorganic growth strategy.
